Later on in the day I completed a further two assignment objectives which consisted of:
- Explaining the personal attributes valued by the employee.
- Demonstrate a range of effective interpersonal skills.
Firstly for the first assignment I discussed what attributed valued by employees which consisted off:
- Specific Skills
- General Attributes
- Attitudes
I further completed a report of 75 words for both Specific skills, general attributes and attitudes of a chosen job which I had found.
The last part of the task involved me typing up an observation from a member of the group I was working with, observing the communication between myself and him.
